HYDROGRAPHIC PROCESS
1.) Before a part is processed it is cleaned and degreased.
2.) The part receives a primer coat.
3.) Next a base coat is applied, this color depends upon the pattern.
4.) Film is then placed on top of the water and an activator is sprayed onto it.
5.) The part is then submerged into the water causing the film to wrap around the part.
6.) The part is then removed and all residue is rinsed off.
7.) The part is allowed to dry overnight and it is then clear coated.
